Naturally Vegan, this warming and mildly spiced meal is sure to please.

Vegan, gluten free all you need is some rice and naan bread!
1 Cauliflower, cut into florets
3 or 4 Potatoes
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
4 garlic cloves - crushed
2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
1 Tbs sweet chilli sauce
1 lime, juiced
Sprig of Coriander
Peel and chop the potatoes and boil for 5 minutes.
Toss the cauliflower and potatoes with all the spices and roast for 30 mins.
While that's happening, cook the garlic, tomatoes, chilli sauce and lime juice and cover and cook for about 10 minutes, until tomatoes are really softened.
Mix it all together with the coriander and serve with rice and naan bread.
A wonderful meal for a cold winter night :)
