Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the thyme and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the beans and stir to coat. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occassionally, until the beans are warmed through and slightly creamy.
Season with salt and pepper if desired.
