An easy to make breakfast bar that's perfect for brekkie on the run!
Directions
Heat the oven to 180c. Line a 20cm square baking tin with foil, letting the edges of the foil overhang the sides
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz to make a coarse but well combined batter. Scrape into the prepared tin and bake for 30 mins
The top should be firm and slightly golden. Leave in the tin to cool, then lift onto a wire rack to cool. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Can be eaten warm or cold. You might like to add a piece of fruit or some yogurt for breakfast on the run!
