This recipe is simple easy tasty & nutritious! 

Ingredients: 

Falafel mix 200gm
Hommus 200gm
2 Tomatoes chopped
1 Lettuce shredded
1 Red Onion sliced thinly
1 small bunch of Parsely chopped finely
1 Cucumber sliced into strips
Mountain bread natural wraps pack of 8 200gm
1 lime
Sweet Chilli Sauce 

 

Method: 

Place wraps on a flat surface. Spread hommus along centre of each wrap. Top with mixed veg & parsley and 4 falafel halves, squeeze lime juice over the top. To add zing, drizzle sweet chilli sauce.  Roll up firmly to enclose filling. Keep napkins handy & serve!
