Add basil leaves, macadamia, garlic and nutritional yeast in a blender and blend until a thick paste forms.
Add extra virgin olive oil and water, until smooth. Add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste and enjoy!
Recipe Note
You can use any leafy greens instead of basil to make your pesto more nutritious. Serve it with pasta, grilled vegies, bread or over your potatoes. YUM!
