Slice the ends off a large sweet potato. Then stand it up vertically and cut into ¼ inch slices. Arrange those slices onto a lined baking tray.
Bake the slices at 200 degrees c for 20 minutes, or until they are fork tender. Then let them cool down completely and store in an air tight container to store in the fridge.
When your ready to use, pop them in the toaster and top them just like breakfast toast or load them up as a sweet potato pizza. Enjoy
