Cut the mangos, minding the pip, and cube the flesh with a knife. Use a large spoon and scoop the cubes out from the skin. Place the mango on a tray and freeze for 1.5-2 hours.
In a blender, combine the frozen mango, lime juice and honey and blitz until smooth.
Freeze mixture for another 30 mins to firm sorbet. Serve is a small bowl and garnish with some Tajin (optional) and a squeeze of lime juice. YUM
