Allow the vegan feta and cream cheese to come to room temperature. Using a hand mixer beat the two ingredients together until nice and fluffy. Set aside
Cut the peaches in half to remove the pit and the cut into quarters. Brush the cut surfaces with a little bit of oil
Preheat your grill or grill pan hot (medium or residual heat for a grill). Brush the grill with a little oil and place the peaches cut side down. Allow them to cool for 3-5 mins. Flip them over to the other cut side and repeat
To Serve, spread about ¼ to ⅓ of the whipped feta on a plate. Place a few of the grilled peaches on top. Drizzle with Vegan Honey and top with chopped Herbs. Enjoy!
