Roasted pears with Gorgonzola is an easy recipe that is prepared quickly and has an abundance of flavour for that extra special dinner.

120g Vegan Gorgonzola
2 sprigs of thyme
Wash pears and dry with a paper towel. Cut them in halves lengthwise and scoop the seeds and core.
Arrange the pears cut side up on the prepared baking tray. Fill ear pear halves with Vegan Gorgonzola. Then top with some flaked almonds.
Add pears to a preheated oven at 190c and bake for 20 mins
Remove pears and add them to a plate. Drizzle with Honey and serve warm!
It doesn’t matter what kind of nuts will you choose, as all of them are an excellent source of protein, Omega 6, Omega 3 , magnesium, and Vitamin E.
