Ground & Pound Specialty Coffee Roasters started
out in the suburbs of Melbourne with Sam and his brother in law Daniel
shared the same passion for quality coffee.
With over 10 years experience in roasting for a hobby, they soon came to
realise that they wanted to share their passion and ways of roasting with
more than just family and friends so decided to launch Ground &
Pound Specialty Roasters!
The roasting facility is located on their 5-acre property on the outskirts of Melbourne.
They source the finest organic specialty beans from all over the world
and use the craft & science required to carefully roast beautiful
coffee.
As a specialty coffee roaster, they approach the practice of roasting by
using their own unique combination of experience, training,
experimentation, computers & science, feel, smell, and intuition which
has everything to do with what you taste in the cup.
They offer blends or single origins for everyone's liking which can be
used for espresso, latte, cold drip or pour over.
They do what they love to do - sourcing, developing, roasting and
delivering the best coffee quality to customers.
