Loving Earth works with a range of small producer communities around the world to source only the best healthy, sustainable & fair ingredients. And then lovingly package or process them whilst always endeavouring to maintain the optimal level of nutrients in the finished product right here in Melbourne. 

This raw chocolate contains no cane sugar or dairy and is suitable for vegans, it is essentially uncooked, unprocessed chocolate in its pure rich essential form sweetened with agave syrup (a natural low GI sweetener). It is a wickedly decadent healthy treat. The cacao beans are not roasted and this means that their wealth of phytonutrients are fully intact.

85% Dark Raw Chocolate is made from just 2 ingredients Raw Amazonico Criollo Cacao Beans from Satipo, Peru and Evaporated Coconut Nectar from Java. 

Crunchy Mint Chocolate is made with single origin Certified Organic Fair Trade Certified Cacao (72%) from Peru and sweetened with Organic Agave Syrup

Hazelnut Mylk Chocolate is made with Amazonico Criollo, Certified Organic Raw Cacao (46%) from Satipo, Peru, creamy raw hazelnuts and sweetened with Organic Evaporated Coconut Nectar.

Raspberry Cashew Mylk Chocolate is made with Amazonico Criollo, single origin Certified Organic Raw Cacao (44%) from Satipo, Peru, creamy raw cashews with the wild tang of wild raspberries and sweetened with Organic Evaporated Coconut Nectar.

Salted Caramel Chocolate is made by blending Certified Organic Fair Trade Virgin Cacao Butter (35%) from Peru with Raw Cashews, Organic Evaporated Coconut Nectar and a pinch of Pink Lake salt.
