A traditional hand made organic sourdough bread is healthy and different because of its simple ingredients - water, flour and salt - and its traditional process. The process includes resting the dough for a minimum of 6 hours from mixing to baking. This resting time gives the bread a unique flavour and texture and Yes! it is easy to digest because the gluten has already been broken down for you in the resting process.  This is bread made the way it’s been made for hundreds, if not thousands, of years.

Multigrain Bread
Multigrain includes organic white, wholemeal and rye flour with water and pink lake salt and is leavened with our organic starter. Then cracked wheat, barley and rye grain are added and the loaves are rolled in pumpkin and sunflower seeds. A simple but delicious bread, which makes a great start to the day.

Spelt (Low in Gluten)
Organic spelt wholemeal flour, water and pink lake salt is leavened with our organic spelt starter. This ancient grain will let you enjoy a real earthy flavour with low gluten and high fibre.

Light Rye with Currants, Sultanas and Apricot with Cinnamon and Mixed Spice
For the rye lover who wants their rye to be a bit lighter. This bread made with rye, wholemeal and white flour, water and pink lake salt is leavened with our organic starter  It’s not as heavy as the dark rye but still gives you a full flavour along with the delicious sweetness from quality, organic Australian dried fruits (no sulfur). Best to have toasted with some cheese or with salted organic butter.
