Ingredients:

1kg carrots

3 tablespoons of honey

3 tablespoons of olive oil

a little sea salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Place the whole carrots into a baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil, honey salt & pepper & toss until evenly coated. 
  2. Bake in oven at 180C until just tender about 45 minutes. 

A great recipe to use in addition to anything else you may have needed the oven on for.
