Ingredients:

2 tablespoons sesame oil
500gm broccoli cut into florets
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 red or green capsicum, cut in half, seeds removed and sliced
250gm firm tofu cut into 2cm cubes - to add protein :)
3 tablespoons of Soy, Tamari sauce or your choice of sauce. Honey Soy is good.

 

Method:

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium high heat.

Stir fry broccoli and capsicum for 2 to 3 minutes, until the capsicum is tender but still crisp.

Add the tofu, sauce & sesame seeds & heat through.

Add the second table spoon of sesame oil at the end of cooking for the benefit of the raw oil.
