Ingredients: 

  • Half a cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets
  • 30gm olive oil
  • 2 medium leeks, trimmed, halved, washed, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves or parsley, fennel, whatever you prefer! 
  • 2 tablespoons brewers yeast (for cheesy flavour)
