- Half a cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets
30g olive oil
2 medium leeks, trimmed, halved, washed, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons soy or rice milk
- 2 tablespoons of brewers yeast (optional) this gives a cheesy flavour
- 3 tablespoons of sunflower seeds.
